On July 9, 2018, National Equities Exchange and Quotations Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Equities Exchange Company”) published Letter of Consent for Stocks of ZISEN Environmental Science & Technology Co., Ltd. to Be Listed in National Equities Exchange and Quotations, formally permitting stocks of ZISEN Environmental Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 872910, hereinafter referred to as “ZISEN Environmental” or “the Company”) for which Tahota Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as “Tahota” or “the Firm”) provided special legal services to be listed in Equities Exchange Company and transferred publicly. As a joint-stock company providing solutions for noise prevention and control, ZISEN Environmental has always been devoted to noise control since its establishment. The Company is committed to noise control project consulting, design & manufacturing of noise control product and engineering design & construction, covering electric power, petroleum, rail transportation, recreational and athletic buildings, municipal engineering, transportation, commercial real estate and other fields.  It has provided noise prevention and control technical services for more than 500 enterprises including China National Petroleum Corporation, China Petroleum & Chemical Group, State Grid, Southern Power Grid, CRRC and Shenzhen Metro.

   Since accepting the entrustment, Tahota lawyers, based on relevant laws and regulations in China and Equities Exchange Company’s rules, have been providing professional and efficient legal service for this project including making working plans, assisting the Company with shareholding system reform, carrying out due diligence, issuing professional legal advice and subsequent supplementary legal advice and coordinating the Company with other agencies.
