Wenwen Liang is experienced in advising various multi-national entities, stated-owned entities, private and public companies on cross-border and domestic M&A, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, portfolio transfers and corporate reorganisations, general corporate issues as well as on trade transactions.

In Jan. 2022, Wenwen was appointed a member of the International Trade Bar of Shenzhen Lawyers Association for a term of 4 years. She is also a member of the Guangdong New Talents Tank for International Lawyers.

Wenwen has been involved in various kinds of international trade transactions (including representing clients in contract negotiation and contract review for imports of coal and other bulk commodities, imports of special equipment, and exports of various commodities).

She has considerable experience of advising on cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, varied forms of investments/joint ventures (including FDI projects, ODI projects and domestic investment projects).

She has advised on PE/VC financing projects, equity incentive plans and internal management schemes (including draft/review on the articles of association and employee handbook) for various companies in China.

She has also handled a diverse load of commercial disputes, including corporate resolution disputes, factoring contract disputes, design contract disputes, sales contract disputes, lease contract disputes, etc.
